Proceeds benefit the Alma Foundation projects including the South Park Scholarship Fund. An incredibly popular local event, Thai One On is a Thai food dinner featuring an array of tasty authentic catered cuisine. Order your tickets early or you won’t have a chance to eat, laugh and socialize at this February event. Remember, ties are mandatory - just make sure you wear some kind of tie - somewhere! If you forget, you’ll be charged an extra dollar at the door to rent one. Cost: Approx. $15. Alma Town Hall, 836-2712 February 11, 2012 - 6pm & 7pm Alma Foundation Soup Cook-Off/Bingo Warm up on a chilly spring evening! Create your tastiest soup concoction and join an old-time soup cook-off. The mood is relaxed (ok, except for the competitors) and very low-key. Eat homemade breads and taste 15-30 homemade soups of every variety. Categories include chili, vegetarian, vegan and meat soups. Dress foolishly for April Fool's Day! April 1, 2012 - 5pm @ Alma Town Hall Annual Wendy's Wildflowers Please join us for the 4th annual noxious weed pull and wildflower seed planting. July 7, 2012 - 9am-12pm @ Alma Town Park Alma Foundation Festival in the Clouds Now in its 15th year, the Festival in the Clouds is the largest and most popular event sponsored by the Alma Foundation. The free outdoor art and music festival includes about 25 bands and 40 regional artists annually. In addition to fabulous art and music, the event features delicious food, children’s activities, a beer garden, dancing and more.
